Hello! I am Rashmi. Accidental Journalist, not-accidental narcissist, food-centrist
and gypsy. Everything need not rhyme, okay?
I built this website for myself, obviously, and for friends, relatives, colleagues, and acquaintances who, I like to believe, have a ghoulish interest in my work and activities. But perhaps you were looking for my Google twin, Dr. Rashmi Vasudeva, and came here by accident. Or maybe, just maybe, you read something I have written somewhere and have come here to read more.
Whatever brings you here, welcome! Here, you will find my biography, published articles, blogs, and other terribly fascinating stuff. If you like (or don't like) what you see, leave a note for me saying so, in the Guestbook. That would please me greatly. It would please me more if you come back for another visit.
Do look around as if you have all the time in the world.
By the way, that motif up there at the top right corner is something I absolutely adore. The tensho
or zhuan shu (small seal script) characters in stained glass patterns translate to
“A Lifetime of Rain Moistens the Soul”.
